VIBEZ ORIGINAL HYBRID
The King Vibez Original Hybrid
A King is 76 by 80 inches — the widest size the Original Hybrid is built in, and 16 inches wider than a Queen at the same length. It gives two sleepers 38 inches each, the same width a single sleeper gets on a Twin. It is the size for couples who want genuine separation, and for anyone sharing the bed with children or pets.

Will it fit your room?
Allowing 24 inches of walking clearance at both sides and the foot of the bed, a King needs a room of roughly 10'4" × 8'8" (124" × 104").
A King needs a room that can absorb its width. Below the minimum clearance you can still fit the bed, but one side typically ends up against a wall, which means one sleeper climbing over the other. If the room cannot take the full width with both approaches clear, a Queen is usually the better outcome.
SIZING UP
How the King compares.
Against a Queen, you gain 16 inches of width for the same 80-inch length — the single biggest jump in personal space in the range. Against a Cal King, which Vibez does not build in the Original Hybrid, a standard King is four inches wider and four inches shorter. The Split Head King matches these dimensions with a split-head design for adjustable bases.
Every size of the Vibez Original Hybrid is built the same way: a square-cut EcoGrid comfort layer over a transition layer, above individually wrapped pocketed coils, in an 11-inch profile. The size changes the surface area, not the construction.

KING QUESTIONS
Common questions.
How much wider is a King than a Queen?
Sixteen inches. A Queen is 60 inches wide and a King is 76, both at 80 inches long. That works out to 38 inches per sleeper on a King versus 30 on a Queen.
What size room does a King need?
Allowing 24 inches of walking clearance at both sides and the foot, a King needs roughly 10'4" by 8'8". You can fit one in a smaller room, but usually only by pushing one side against a wall.
Does a King need special bedding?
Yes — King bedding is a distinct size and Queen sheets will not stretch to 76 inches. Note also that King and California King bedding are not interchangeable, since a Cal King is narrower and longer.
