Long-term coverage for the original purchaser, for as long as you own your Vibez mattress.
“Lifetime” means the period during which the original purchaser owns the mattress. This warranty is not transferable.
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY for new Vibez mattresses bought directly from Vibez or an authorized seller and used normally in a private residence in the continental United States.

Approved claims may qualify when a covered defect appears under normal residential use.
Timeline
Repairs, replacements, and renewal remedies do not restart the warranty period.
Years 1–2
If an approved manufacturing defect exists, Vibez replaces the mattress with the same model or a reasonably comparable model at no product charge, including standard warranty transportation within the continental U.S.
Year 3 and later
While the original purchaser owns the mattress, Vibez repairs and re-covers the mattress for approved claims. The customer pays a $149 processing fee per approved claim.
During years 3–15, an original purchaser with an approved defect may choose this one-time alternative to repair. The customer keeps the original mattress for personal use, and a $99 processing fee applies.
Years 3–5
Replacement costs 50% of the original full retail price in effect when the original mattress was purchased.
Years 6–10
Replacement costs 60% of the original full retail price in effect when the original mattress was purchased.
Years 11–15
Replacement costs 80% of the original full retail price in effect when the original mattress was purchased.
Replacement must be the same model, size, and comfort choice when available. If discontinued, Vibez may provide the closest reasonably comparable current model.
Renewal replacement is final sale, has no new comfort-return option, and does not restart the warranty period. The repair remedy remains available after year 15 while the original purchaser owns the mattress.

Vibez may request additional photos, measurements, or a reasonable inspection before approving a remedy. The mattress must be in a safe and sanitary condition for inspection or transport. Approved remedy and logistics are confirmed in writing.

Any implied warranties are limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and they may have other rights that vary by state.
